Fiberglass control valve

The fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) manual air valve is molded with FRP resin, which combines corrosion resistance and lightweight characteristics (with a density of about 1/4 of steel). It is suitable for strong acid, strong alkali, and organic solvent environments. In manual operation mode, the blade opening and closing angle is directly controlled by the handwheel or handle. The structure is simple, without motors or pneumatic components, and the procurement and maintenance cost is only one-third of that of electric air valves. FRP manual air valves are still the mainstream choice in non frequent adjustment scenarios due to their economy, corrosion resistance, and operational stability.
